Dimash’s fans from Malaysia organized a charity event in honor of the performer’s birthday

On May 20, 2022, Dears from the Malaysian Dimash Fan Club collected humanitarian aid for children battling cancer at Penang General Hospital.

The charity event was organized by the Dimash Malaysian Dears fan club together with the Children’s Oncology Friends Association of North Malaysia in Jorjout in honor of Dimash’s birthday.

On May 20, the administrator of the fan club Azwa Ali together with other Malaysian fans of the singer in the presence of the President of the Maznah Tayyibah Association and a representative of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Malaysia Beksultan Abdizhalil presented the hospital management with seven boxes of personal care products, 35 cartons of milk, 35 bags with various toys, crafts, fan club badges with a picture of Dimash and 50 pieces of chocolate cake.

“Dimash is a highly respected Kazakh artist who dreams of seeing the world as one, where everyone cares about each other. The messages he carries in his songs touch the hearts of many people and inspire them to do good. Dimash supports children because they are our future. In honor of his birthday, we, his fans, decided to support children with cancer and share our love and happiness by sending them gifts. May it lift their spirits and bring a smile to their faces during such a difficult journey of treatment. They are strong little warriors, and we wish them a speedy recovery,” said Azwa Ali.

The next day, Dears organized a wonderful matinee with animators for 30 children, among whom were those who have already been cured and those who are still fighting cancer. The event was also attended by volunteers of the Association and representatives of local media. After the joint cake-cutting ceremony, the children received a lot of toys.

A representative of the Embassy expressed gratitude to the Dimash fan club for organizing the event and presented commemorative gifts related to Kazakhstan to the fan club and children.

“We are happy to cooperate with the Dimash Qudaibergen Fan Club. Children undergoing treatment for cancer have to stay in the hospital for long periods of time and are often deprived of a normal childhood. This can be depressing for them and their families. So when they receive even the smallest gift, they are happy to know that there are people who think about them. We are grateful to the fan club for such an action and caring for our children,” said Maznah Tayyibah.

In turn, Dimash also expressed his huge gratitude to all Dears for conducting such meaningful charity events:

“Every time I learn about all the good deeds of my Dears, I am overwhelmed with great happiness. I am very happy that people support and take care of each other in the most difficult moments. Children’s smiles are a light, and we have to do everything we can to make sure it always burns brightly.”
