The Stranger tour, which began in 2022 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, has since traveled to numerous cities, including Yerevan (Armenia), Antalya and Istanbul (Turkey), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Hong Kong (China), and Budapest (Hungary). On September 13 and 14, 2024, the show returned to Kazakhstan, twice filling the massive Astana Arena in the nation’s capital before heading to Europe in November.

Over two years, the concert program has evolved, now featuring new original songs by Dimash, such as Smoke, When I’ve Got You, and Fire. However, the core concept of the show remains consistent: a multilingual repertoire in Kazakh, English, Russian, French, Chinese, Italian, and Spanish, along with showcasing Kazakhstan’s cultural heritage. This is achieved not only through dedicated compositions but also through unique arrangements of works spanning various genres.

“Are you ready to create magic with me?” Dimash asked the audience, and the concert began. Between songs, fans approached the stage with flowers, and Dimash greeted them in multiple languages, took selfies, and sent greetings to other countries.

After performing Love of Tired Swans, the Kazakh artist thanked composer Igor Krutoy and congratulated him on his 70th birthday. Then, as part of what is becoming a beloved tradition, he invited a young girl from the audience on stage. She sang a segment of maestro Krutoy’s vocal piece Ave Maria. Dimash was deeply impressed by 11-year-old Gabriela’s performance and wished her a future filled with concert halls as grand as the one that night.
