On the eve of Dimash Qudaibergen’s anniversary concert in Istanbul, his fans from 41 countries gathered for a traditional Dears meeting.

Andrea from Chile played the dombra and shared her impressions:

“This party was my first party for Dears. I really enjoyed meeting fans from all over the world. Seeing all the Dears come together was amazing and incredible. And I really enjoyed playing the dombra for the Dimash fans.”

Fans from faraway countries flew in for the concert. Tanya Yang from New York shared that she has been a fan of the artist since 2018 and congratulated Dimash on his birthday:

“I love Dimash for his God-given talent and personality. He makes our world more beautiful with his love, music and humanity. I wish him to reach all corners of the globe with his incredible voice and to conquer the hearts of every soul who is lucky enough to witness his creativity in person!”.

The programme of the event brought together two brotherly countries – Turkiye and Kazakhstan. Musicians’ performances, writing, dancing, fashion, art of making wooden instruments – everything was imbued with love and respect in the culture of friendly nations.

A fan of Dimash from faraway South Africa, Yvonne said she has been part of the Dears family for 8 years and the Istanbul concert is the eighth she has attended.

“We appreciate him as a person! A young man who has broken barriers and boundaries. He is truly a phenomenal artist with a loving heart, always open as he lives his values of love, peace, unity and kindness,” Yvonne shared.

Musicians Serdar Şengül, Sedat Solakoglu, Can Ozmelek performed at the pre-party.

The audience warmly received Turkish traditional folk dances and the performance of Kazakhstani dombrist class.

Dimash’s fans shared their talents with each other – Kazakh Dear Rashida Abdizhapparova and Dear Arai delighted with their numbers, Chilean Dear Margarita Lobos performed a folk dance, and Andrea from Chile played the dombra. Dimash’s favourite song “Unforgettable Day” was performed by Mexican Dear Leo Cantro. Fashion Show by Lorena gave a special atmosphere to the evening.

A special guest at the meeting of Dimash’s fans was his teacher Marat Aitimov, who is known and loved throughout the Dears community.

Jill Beecham from the UK, who has been a fan of Dimash since 2019, shared her impressions of the meeting:

“I attended the pre-party in Istanbul and met Mr Marat, Dimash’s teacher, and I was also lucky enough to see Ms Sveta and Mr Kanat, his parents. How nice it was to see them, we could feel their love radiating for everyone around us”.

A lot of music, tasty treats, lotteries, surprise gifts – Dimash’s fans, united by one sky and creativity of their favourite artist, had a wonderful evening and got ready for the show “Stranger”, which will take place today.

Nancy from Las Vegas, who was introduced to Dimash’s music three years ago by her son Gabriel, said that she doesn’t know what to expect from this concert, but she is sure that Dimash will create unforgettable impressions.
