Dimash Qudaibergen’s fans, named Dears, are actually one big family of people who are dear to each other. Fans of the Kazakh artist in different countries of the world often organize various actions, hold pre-planned events. But it also happens that Dears come to the rescue in completely unexpected situations.
In one of the recent publications DimashNews told about how Dimash fans from Latin America supported Kazakhstani athletes at the Davis Cup. Kazakhstan Tennis Federation employee Ruslan Dauletov accompanied the athletes to Rosario, where the match of Kazakhstan against Argentina was held.
Here Ruslan met again with Dears, whom he met in 2023. The warm meeting brought back memories of how a year ago the Latin American fans of Dimash helped a completely unfamiliar person in a difficult life situation.
Ruslan told how last year during the competition his bag with all his documents was stolen at the hotel, and he could not return to Kazakhstan together with everyone else. While waiting for a temporary passport he was supported by Dimash’s fans from Chile, they organized walks and sightseeing tours for him.

One of those Chilean Dears was Carmen Sandoval, who shared memories of greeting Kazakh athletes in traditional costumes depicting their country’s flag and the flag of Kazakhstan, of preparing a kueka called “Kazakstan, batyr halyk” celebrating the spread of Kazakhstan’s values, art and culture around the world.
“Along with our heartfelt performance, our brotherly feelings were evident in the teamwork of Marcia Castro, a Chilean Kazakh language teacher who was in Kyrgyzstan at the time, Anuar Temir from the Kazakh Embassy in Brazil, the Tennis Federation of Kazakhstan, who together with the Chilean Dears, after endless phone calls, errands, visits to customs at Santiago airport and diplomatic work, allowed Ruslan Dauletov to feel emotionally supported, receive a temporary passport in record time and return to Kazakhstan Wherever the Dears are, our brothers from Kazakhstan will be safe and well taken care of,” Carmen said.
Ruslan Dauletov shared that he was very touched by such care, and that Dimash’s fans became like his own people.
