On October 10, Dimash Qudaibergen repeated his first Latin American triumph — his second concert, held at the Palacio de los Deportes, drew a sold-out crowd of 15,000 fans.

The packed arena, led by Dimash, looked and sounded like a grand orchestra. Despite the fiery energy of the audience, the listeners followed every note, every movement, every smile of the artist so attentively that they could instantly shift from thunderous applause to breathless silence. Like a conductor, Dimash guided their attention with ease, his fans catching every musical message flying from the stage straight to their hearts.

It was an unforgettable day both for the audience and for the artist himself, who sang one of the songs holding the flag of the host country — a gift from his fans — before wrapping himself in the flag of Kazakhstan.

There was no shortage of touching, heartfelt moments: from Dimash hugging a traditional Mexican toy handed to him from the audience, to his appearance in a shirt embroidered with flowers, a gift from his Dears. From “Mahabbat ber magan” performed among the crowd, to “Besame Mucho”.

In the grand finale, Dimash joined a dombra duo for an impromptu medley of kyuis — a blazing musical greeting from Kazakhstan to faraway, yet now so close, Latin America.

Dimash’s devoted fans have been sharing their emotions online, posting video clips and heartfelt words about the concerts in Mexico:
“Dimash radiated an impressive, inexhaustible energy, and boundless happiness flowed from every part of him! He danced, ran, jumped, laughed, expressed gratitude… and sang stunningly and flawlessly, as always!”
“I lost my voice and cried a lot, but it was worth every shout and every round of applause. Everything was so wonderful that I couldn’t fall asleep from happiness.”
“I left the concert even more in love than when I arrived. I stood applauding every song. It was unbelievable. Please, take me back to that concert!”
“Happiness — that’s the word that best describes Dimash’s concert. The energy that could be felt from the very start foreshadowed the volcano of emotions that surrounded Dimash for nearly three hours. His talent, charisma, immense energy seemingly drawn from nowhere, and the physical strength required for every performance — because his songs are far from simple — once again amazed us with their power and soul.
For years, Latin America watched as Dimash’s concerts took place on other continents, and we had little hope of ever welcoming him here. So the emotional outburst was inevitable and understandable. Dimash responded in kind — from the very beginning, his face reflected joy and deep emotion at being so loved; at moments, you could even see a trace of disbelief and wonder in his eyes.
He was incredibly generous toward the Spanish-speaking audience and delivered a greeting in Spanish that was so perfect and beautiful! It felt like we were dreaming. He thanked us so many times, sent countless kisses — I couldn’t keep track — he was truly overwhelmed.
Although he receives applause everywhere, I’ve never seen audiences stand after every single song as they did here — but he truly deserved it. Dimash felt the warmth of Latin Americans. Perhaps we’re not perfect and don’t always follow the ‘rules,’ but when it comes to expressing our feelings, we do it with our whole hearts.
I think new horizons opened for Dimash yesterday. Latin America is vast, and Dimash has a huge fanbase here. I believe it’s time for us to enjoy this wonderful artist more often in our part of the world — and I truly hope that will happen. Dimash was happy, and he didn’t hide it. His dreams are coming true, and seeing him this happy is pure joy for our souls.”
