Chilean Fans of Dimash Perform Kazakhstan’s National Anthem

On June 23, 17 fans of Dimash Qudaibergen from Chile took on an unusual challenge: they performed the national anthem of Kazakhstan. This heartfelt gesture became a symbol of cultural exchange and friendship between Chile and Kazakhstan.

The video recording of the anthem performance was first shown on July 23 at a special event at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Brazil. Bolat Nussupov, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Chile, attended the premiere and supported the initiative of the Chilean fans.

“We wanted to give Dimash and his people something special and truly meaningful, so we chose the national anthem of Kazakhstan,” shared the project participants.

This project brought together 17 participants, many of whom had never known a single word in Kazakh before. Nevertheless, thanks to persistent practice and the support of Kazakh friends Aigerim Beiseulova, Sharapiya Kakimova, and Anuar Temirov, they managed to learn the lyrics and perform the anthem with dignity.
