At Dimash’s solo concert in New York, arranger and composer Dmytro Gordon took part as a special guest.
Together with Flavien Compagnon and Dominic Bourse, and under the guidance of Walter Afanasieff, Dmytro worked on the composition “Love’s Not Over Yet”, which Dimash included in his solo concert repertoire for the very first time in New York.
Dmytro has also arranged several of Dimash’s original songs and co-written lyrics for some of them. “Smoke,” “Fire,” and “When I’ve Got You” are among the tracks that have already been released.
On October 5, during the “Stranger” show, Dmytro performed alongside Dimash, accompanying him on the piano for “When I’ve Got You.”
“Performing at Madison Square Garden is every musician’s dream, and I could never have imagined that I would one day have the honor of playing on this stage.

But performing here together with Dimash — that’s beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. It feels like an unbelievable dream. I’m afraid I’ll wake up and realize it never really happened. Luckily, there are videos and photos to prove it,” (laughs).
“The energy was absolutely incredible — coming from Dimash, the musicians, and the audience alike. I will definitely remember this day forever!”
