As Dimash Qudaibergen’s solo concerts in Spain and Mexico draw closer, Spanish-speaking fans and media outlets are increasingly writing about the Kazakhstani artist and organizing a variety of events.
On August 10, the Mundo Track program on the Argentine radio station FM Patagonia Andina aired a special episode dedicated to Kazakhstan. This initiative was made possible thanks to the tireless work of Dimash’s Argentinian fans, who have been collaborating with different radio stations to promote the country’s cultural richness.

The program highlighted iconic landmarks such as the Aral Sea and Bayterek, introduced traditional instruments like the dombra, and blended cultural insights with Dimash’s music, creating a unique experience that brought listeners closer to Kazakhstan’s heritage.

She delivered a presentation in Kazakh, inviting everyone to discover this remarkable country, and introduced one of Dimash’s songs — “My Country” (“Menıń Qazaqstanym”).

Fan Events of Dimash’s Supporters from Spain and Latin America Ahead of the Singer’s Solo Concerts in Barcelona and Mexico CityMedia outlets continue to publish articles about the Kazakhstani artist in Spanish. The international press agency Pressenza recently released an essay prepared by its Chilean editorial team: “Qudaibergen, Domingo, and Carreras – A Semiotic Reconfiguration of the ‘Three Tenors’: A Constructive Mosaic in Temporal Antipodes.”

The essay analyzes the performance of the “new” Three Tenors in the finale of the Virtuosos show, where they sang the immortal classic “My Way.” Its central argument is that the event was not just a recreation, but rather a constructive mosaic interweaving the musical traditions of the 20th century with the avant-garde of the 21st. The essay argues that Dimash Qudaibergen, stepping into the place of his idol Luciano Pavarotti, symbolizes a rite of passage and the transfer of the torch, elevating the performance to the status of a milestone in music history.

As Plácido Domingo himself stated (quoted by El País, 2024): “He is the future. Dimash’s voice is what the world needs to hear.” Such recognition from a pillar of tradition serves as an endorsement that immortalizes the new generation and legitimizes its place in history.

José Carreras, another of the original tenors, also expressed admiration for the new generation, telling the Spanish outlet (ABC Música, 2024): “Dimash’s voice is a phenomenon. He is the future of lyrical singing.”
