On September 7th, Dimash performed as a special guest at the solo concert of renowned singer Terry Lin.

The story of Dimash and Terry Lin’s friendship dates back to 2017, when the young Kazakh singer was taking his first steps on the stage of the Chinese vocal competition “I am a Singer.” As the youngest participant, and also a foreigner, the support of new friends from China was crucial for him. Terry Lin was one of those friends. His role in Dimash’s journey was so significant that the Kazakh artist fondly referred to the Chinese master as “Papa Lin.”

Many years have passed since then, but the artists continue to support each other in important projects. In 2017, Terry Lin was a guest at Dimash’s “Bastau” concert in Astana, and in 2018, Dimash attended Terry Lin’s solo concert in Shenzhen.

In 2019, both artists participated in the opening of Jackie Chan’s Action Film Festival, where they not only performed solo but also sang Dimash’s original composition “Unforgettable Day” in Kazakh and Chinese together.

Today, at Terry Lin’s concert, Dimash performed his original song “Give Me Your Love” solo. Additionally, alongside the host and young Chinese singer Huang Xiaoyun, whom Dimash met on the recent show “Our Song,” the musicians once again performed the fan-favorite song about an unforgettable day, beloved by audiences across the globe.
