The international Dimash Qudaibergen fan group has launched the project “Dimash in Latin America”, aimed at building a cultural bridge between Kazakhstan and Latin America and inviting the beloved artist to their continent.
The first steps included publishing videos in which each country showcased its landscapes, flags, and traditions set to Dimash’s music. The initiative has attracted significant attention from local media: it has already been featured on several radio stations, and a television program is being prepared in Mexico.
Soon, the project will expand into a large-scale cultural campaign. Festivals titled “Dimash and the Cultures of the World” are planned in cities and cultural centers, where the artist’s music will be harmoniously combined with Latin American dances, culinary traditions, and crafts. Additionally, an art exhibition “The Voice Made Visual” will be held.
The project organizers emphasize that this is not only about inviting Dimash to Latin America, but also about creating a unique cultural exchange involving collaboration with embassies, cultural centers, and universities.
“Dimash does not just sing with his voice, he sings with his soul, and in Latin America, an entire continent awaits him with open hearts,” the initiative’s authors note. Their final appeal reads like a manifesto: “Dimash, come to Latin America! Your music already lives here.”
