At the foot of the Tianshan Mountains, in the picturesque Nalati area of the Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, China, the grand Nalati Music Festival welcomed guests on August 9 and 10. Dimash Qudaibergen closed the festival with a 40-minute program.
The cool summer evening and the beauty of Nalati’s green meadows blended with the energy of the performers and the excitement of the audience. The music festival became a truly unique event in this natural park, which is listed among the 100 wonders of northwest China.
Here, among the Tianshan peaks, world fusion music met electronic and folk sounds, while beautiful instrumental performances intertwined with captivating dance acts, bringing together everyone in attendance.
The festival featured well-known Chinese and international musicians such as Zheng Jun, Hao Yun, Jiubao Band, Call Me Mr Lyon, Nalati Band, Lost Train Band, and others.
People’s Artist of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, Dimash Qudaibergen, presented songs from his repertoire in Kazakh, English, and Chinese. He performed the deeply romantic Autumn Strong, Unforgettable day, and Give me love, beloved by Chinese audiences, as well as dance-worthy tracks such as Give Me Your Love and Tau Ishinde.
