Dimash Qudaibergen’s Fans Took Part in an Evening Honoring Abay in Spain

On February 13, 2025, Spain hosted an event dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the great Kazakh poet and thinker Abay Kunanbaiuly. The evening was organized by the Embassy of Kazakhstan and attended by representatives of The Great Kazakh Voice Association, the Official Fan Club of Dimash Qudaibergen in Spain, as well as students studying the Kazakh language.

Dimash Qudaibergen’s fans played a special role in creating a heartfelt atmosphere, showcasing their deep admiration not only for their idol’s artistry but also for the culture of his homeland. One of the most touching moments of the evening was a performance by Ester Sota, who sang Abay Kunanbaiuly’s composition “Kózimnіń qarasy” while playing the guitar. Journalist Yolanda Garcia presented a video presentation and conducted an interview with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Danat Musaev.

This memorable evening became an important milestone in strengthening cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Spain, allowing attendees to immerse themselves in Abai’s rich legacy and the traditions of the Kazakh people.
