Fans of Dimash from Great Britain presented musical instruments to children in SOS Children’s Villages Kazakhstan

On February 17, 2023 a meeting with British fans of Dimash Qudaibergen was held at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the UK. At the meeting Dears presented a check in the amount of 1 million tenge to the charity organization SOS Children’s Villages of Kazakhstan for the purchase of musical instruments for children. Fans of Dimash from Great Britain presented musical instruments to children in SOS Children's Villages KazakhstanThe meeting, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the UK, was dedicated to the upcoming celebration of the International Mother Language Day. It was attended by British fans of Dimash and representatives of the Kazakh diaspora in London.

Fans of Dimash from Great Britain presented musical instruments to children in SOS Children's Villages Kazakhstan

At the meeting, members of the fan club “Dimash Qudaibergen UK and Worldwide FC” presented a check to representatives of the organization SOS Children’s Villages of Kazakhstan in the amount of 1 million tenge. The collected funds will be used to purchase musical instruments for talented children in the Children’s Villages, for learning playing musical instruments, in particular, the Kazakh traditional dombra.

M. Ilyasov, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Great Britain, and G. Asanova, National Director of SOS Children’s Villages of Kazakhstan, delivered messages of gratitude in response to this charitable action.

Dears at the event also organized a reading of poems by Kazakh authors in different languages, and participated in an express Kazakh language lesson by Miss Kaussar, the host of the popular children’s TV channel “Balapan”.
