From August 9 to 14, 2022, the next Children’s open vocal competition «Baqytty Bala-2022» will be held, dedicated to the Year of Children. 21 young talents from 8 countries of the world will meet in Aktobe, where they will compete for the Grand Prix of the competition in the concert hall «Oner Ortalygy». 

«Baqytty Bala» – is a unique children’s project that has become a brand of the Aktobe region. For the first time, the competition started in 2018 and was dedicated to the Year of the Child announced that year by the Akimat of the region.

«Baqytty Bala-2022» will be held at the Oner Ortalygy Concert Hall from August 9 to 14. This year, over 200 young vocalists from Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, Romania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bulgaria, African countries and all cities of Kazakhstan applied for the competition. According to the results of the qualifying round, 21 of the best and strongest performers made it to the final.

The members of the judging panel «Baqytty Bala-2022» are representatives of the cultural sphere:

Askhat Mayemirov – Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazakhstani theater director, drama teacher, Doctor of Philosophy in Cultural Studies;

Marat Aitimov – Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, «Honorary Citizen» of the Aktobe region, tutor, and solo singer of the Aktobe Regional Philharmonic named after G. Zhubanova;

Kanat Aitbayev – Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the creative center «DimashAli»;

Rukhiya Baydukenova – winner of the Shapagat medal, winner of the Daryn State Youth Award, winner of the Grand Prix of the «Slavyansky Bazar-2021» International Festival of Arts, solo singer of the state concert organization Kazakconcert named after R. Baglanova;

Yernar Nurtazin is a laureate of international competitions, chief conductor of the symphony orchestra of the State Academic Philharmonic of the Nur-Sultan city Akimat.

The Gala-concert will take place on August 13 at 19:30 in the Oner Ortalygy Concert hall. Tickets can be purchased on the Ticketon website or at the «Oner Ortalygy» ticket offices.
